The IICF Women in Insurance Global Conference returns to New York for a three-day program drawing 650 participants from around the globe. More than 3,600 have attended the Women’s Conferences since 2013, making this IICF conference series the largest, most successful diversity initiative in the insurance industry.
An innovative conference is being planned for 2017 with an increased emphasis on the global nature of the diversity discussion. The definition of diversity will be expanded beyond gender, and the conference will include leadership topics that provide roadmaps for change – personal, cultural, and industrywide.
